That term is on my vocabulary since I've started first my advertising career and also my MA degree. However this time John Lewis is dealing with it! The ad agency of the new John Lewis ad is Adam&Eve is accused of plagiarism for their last ad that made people cry;

That is quite common in the ad world, isn't it? That one seems a little bit extreme but I quite liked John Lewis' ad though.
